DC Woodwork was established by Darren Crane in 2010. Originally based in Bridport, Dorset and now operating from a large new workshop on the farm at Hinksey Heights Golf Club in Oxford. Bespoke work can be prepared in advance prior to installation keeping work efficient and minimising disruption in your home.

We are able to provide a prompt and efficient carpentry service for Oxford and the surrounding area.

Over the years Darren has gained experience in many fields of the trade from boat and vehicle fitting to event set building, restoration and all aspects of home improvement and renovation.

We have a broad knowledge of materials from many different industries which often helps to reduce costs and achieve unbelievable results.

Its a myth that carpenters only work with timber. Alot of products these days are man made. We have an open mind with choice of finish and often use metal, plastic and fabrics along with bold formica and laminates to enhance the finished work.

Specialising more in 2nd fix carpentry and finishing work to really help push projects towards completion.

We like to use dust extraction for power tools and offer protection for floors and furniture where necessary to help keep a clean and safe working environment.
